As Chief Sustainability Officer of Casterly Group, Paolo leads the company's sustainability and circular economy initiatives. With over 14 years of experience, he has helped recover and refurbish more than five million electronic devices, diverting over 140,000 tons of material from landfills. He is committed to advancing responsible IT asset disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, and practical ESG solutions that create lasting environmental and business value.

Mohan Kumar transforms strategy into execution. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads Casterly's global operations, business transformation and strategic growth initiatives. With over 25 years of leadership experience across enterprise technology, sustainability and business management, he drives the company's global operating model, enabling enterprises to optimize, extend and maximize the value of their technology assets through intelligent operations, AI-enabled services and circular economy practices across global markets.
